One of the services we offer at Synergy Services is assisting clients with the completion and submission of their annual Workman's Compensation Return of Earnings (ROE) or W.AS.8. In short, this is a declaration to the Compensation Fund of all your employees’ earnings for the past year (same as tax year). Additionally, you are also required to provide projected earnings for the following year. Each registered business must submit a separate return. The OID Act (Occupational Injuries and Diseases) replaces the Workmen’s Compensation Act. This provides compensation for any disablement or death resulting from injuries or diseases to employees in the course of their employment.
