SM Business Support CC was established in 2008. During the past 10 years I’ve been schooled on various products in the Sage range (My Business, Express, Partner, Payroll, Business Intelligence, Evolution Standard) During this time, I’ve been fortunate to align with people and companies such as Synergy Services in obtaining a common goal – excellence in customer service.
As a small company I am able to offer diverse support.
Pastel Partner Accounting – I have been trained to become known as a Technical Specialist on the Partner range of products (Xpress, Partner, Sage Accounting Online). This means I am able to provide the full spectrum of services – from business analysis, needs analysis, software recommendation, software sales, implementation, training and subsequent support.
As a technical specialist I am skilled in data fixing and workflow recommendations / work-arounds to mould the system to meet requirements outside of standard scope of functions
Business Intelligence – I am able to provide support, training and specialized report writing on the BI module. Excel based reporting can be generated out of Xpress, Partner and Payroll. I am able to assist in writing reports, assisting onsite to create a BI champion through training within an organisation or just providing ideas in a brainstorm as to how reports can be modified.
